Super healthy choco-vanilla overnight oats

I've to admit that I left the blog away for a while. But here I am, back in the game with a very delicious breakfast recipe.


This recipe is easy to make, super healthy (good repartition of all the macros), and perfect for batch-cooking lovers! Please, give a warm welcome to my choco-vanilla overnight oats. 😍

Time:

- 5 minutes preparation

- 12 hours rest


Ingredients needed for your healthy overnight oats

For one portion :

  • 50g oats

  • 1 tbsp of chia seeds

  • 1 tsp of vegetal proteins vanilla flavor (mine comes from SYNC)

  • 1 tsp of vanilla syrup (mine comes from MONIN)

  • 100ml vegetal milk of your choice (I recommend you pick almond or oat milk or vanilla soy milk)

  • 2,5 tbsp of light yogurt

  • 1/2 banana

  • 1 square of dark chocolate

Preparation

To make this healthy overnight oats, it's very simple:

  1. Start by cutting the banana into small cubes/slices

  2. Crush the chocolate square into small chunks

  3. In a small jar or an appropriate Tupperware, mix all the ingredients and close the lid.

  4. Let it rest over a night in the fridge

  5. Savor and take some great photos for mamaaa
