Seems like some of you're looking for a yummy cookie mug recipe right?! :D
Perfect, I do have what you're looking for! Plus, it's sugar-free, which also means (let's be honest) guilt-free. :D
There exist two versions of this recipe. Either you're a chocolate chips lover, and you opt for the first recipe, or you're a fruits addict, more precisely a blueberries one, and you go for the second option. Promised, both are very worth it, but I have to admit I do have a little preference for the chocolate chip version (oops).
Version 1: Chocolate Chip Cookie Mug
Ingredients (for 1 mug):
1/2 banana
2 tbsp of organic honey
80 ml of almond milk
2 tbsp of whole flour
3 tbsp of almond flour
1/4 tbsp of cinnamon
1/4 tbsp of baking powder
One pinch of salt
One handFUL of dark chocolate chips
How?
It's very simple you first need to mash the banana in a mug then you add all the other ingredients (except the chocolate chips) and whisk (mix) everything together. Once everything is smooth, add your chocolate chips. Put for 25 min in the oven at 200° or for 5 min in the microwave.
This recipe is just perfect when you crave "sugar", but still, don't wanna ruin your healthy efforts. It's fast and very yummy. What else? :D
Version 2: Blueberry Cookie Mug
Ingredients (for one mug):
1/2 banana
2 tbsp of organic honey
80 ml of almond milk
2 tbsp of whole flour
3 tbsp of almond flour
1/4 tbsp of cinnamon
1/4 tbsp of baking powder
One pinch of salt
One handFUL of blueberries
Same as for version 1, very simple and fast. You need to mash the banana in a mug then you add all the other ingredients (except the blueberries) and whisk (mix) everything together. Once everything is smooth, add the blueberries. Put for 15-20 min in the oven at 180° or for 2-3 min in the microwave.
