Hi there,
Just made some delicious & healthy cookies, and they were sooo good that I wanted to share the recipe with you (sweet, isn't it?).
I like having a cookie for snack or some after dinner as a dessert. It's always nice to have cookies anyway. :)
I'm pretty sure you already know the basics of this recipe, but I modified it a bit (that's where it becomes interesting :D).
Ingredients:
For 6 maxi cookies
2 cups (180gr) of oatmeal
2 ripe bananas
3 dates
3 tsp of coconut oil
3 tsp of salt
1 tsp of baking powder
How:
Start to blend the oatmeal in the blender until a real flour texture.
Then, mash your bananas on a plate and add them in the blender along with the dates, the salt, and the coconut oil.
Mix until cookie dough texture.
Start to form 6 big cookies (2 tbsp/ cookies).
Once you have done your cookies, place them on one sheet of baking paper and let it bake for 13 min at 360F (180°) if you want them melting & soft.
That's it! :D
Bise,
Math.
