Yesterday evening, I didn't plan any recipe for dinner and let me tell you what a great way it is to come up with new, delicious & creative recipes.
I had a pack of Tofulicious wok teriyaki in the fridge, some veggies, and some rest of the rice noodles. I pulled them out without a second thought and prepared a healthy vegetarian teriyaki bowl.
It was actually the first time I cooked and tried teriyaki. Teriyaki is a flavorful Japanese sauce mainly used for seasoning and glazing meat and fish. You can find this sauce in the Asian store at the grocery store.

Ingredients needed for your vegetarian teriyaki bowl
For 2 servings:
1x red pepper bell
1x zucchini
45 gr of rice noodles
1 pack of Tofulicious Wok Teriyaki
1 garlic glove
1 handful of fresh coriander
2 tbsp of savory soy sauce
1 tbsp of sweet soy sauce
1 tbsp of sesame sauce
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper
Sesame seeds
How to prepare your vegetarian teriyaki bowl
Wash the veggies and cut them
Cut the garlic glove and brown it in a pan
Add the veggies to the pan and let them bake for 15 min
Add the sauces and the seasonings (salt, pepper & coriander)
Add the Tofulicious Wok Teriyaki
Stir and let it cook slowly for another 10 min
Aside, boil some water and add the rice noodles for 2-3 minutes
Once ready, add the noodles to the pan for another 5 min
Help yourself and top it all with sesame seeds
