Has it been too long since I last posted a recipe on LMW? Eh, the answer is yes, and what a scandal! No, but really, I need to stick to my words and be more present around here, enough.
To make up for my absence, I'm back with a special breakfast recipe. (you know how much I loooove breakfast, don't yaaa?!) I named the banana split healthy version. An ultra gourmet breakfast, fast and super balanced. Who says better, honestly?

fiber to regulate blood sugar and facilitate digestion
fructose & lactose for energy
good fats (monounsaturated) are important for the formation of our cell membranes, for our energy needs, and for regulating our body temperature and keeping our body warm.
proteins for the constitution of our tissues
antioxidants to fight free radicals responsible for cellular aging
5 ingredients
1 banana
2 tbsp. 0% Greek yogurt
1 square of dark chocolate (70% minimum)
1 handful of blueberries
1 tsp of peanut butter
Optional: a few pinches of cinnamon
How to prepare your healthy banana split
Spread your yogurt in the center of a plate
Add the banana previously cut lengthwise
Sprinkle with previously crushed chocolate
Add the blueberries and peanut butter as a topping
Sprinkle with cinnamon for even more flavor
