Who said we could not indulge every single day? That, darling, is the challenge I decided to take on with LMW.
Today, I'm sharing a special recipe: American-style healthy muffins, a journey of flavor and health. I must confess, perfecting this recipe posed quite a challenge. I often found myself teetering between overly healthy, resulting in a lack of flavor, or not quite reaching gourmet status.
Anyway, let's cut to the chase.

100g wheat flour
60g of coconut sugar
1 tsp of cinnamon
Pinch of salt

I love pairing these muffins with a protein-packed yogurt bowl topped with fresh fruits for breakfast. They also serve as a delightful snack or healthy dessert option.
Enjoy,
Math.
